::Mayflower Gym Southampton it's not the biggest of gyms but the equipment they have is very very high quality can't complain the staff are very knowledgeable and have no problems helping you out even with the most simplest questions full stop

::Slightly expensive compared to similar gyms in the city, yet it is kept clean, calm enviroment, well supplied

::Very new and modern gym, it's never too crowded and it's in very good condition. The equipment is always clean and in order. The classes run here are also very good too and are suitable for a range of abilities . Friendly staff and good opening times.
