  Wasn't really busy, got my order relatively quickly, but the ketchup dispenser had mould in the tube due to it clearly not being regularly cleaned. I was fobbed off with the excuse it was a chip stuffed in the tube.

  If you like gambling, go to the casino instead. Order some food and you've got more chance of winning Olympic Gold in the Butterfly stroke by training in Blackpool sea than getting what you asked for. Oh, and double toppings means 200% of the original amount, not a signal additional piece of chocolate.

  Never get order right & even when asked verbally twice that no sauce or cheese to be put on burger ( I'm allergic to dairy ) They assured me that they did what I requested. When I get home I find they did not do what i asked for. This has happened x3 times now! & I'm now never visiting again. Poor management as they are aware of the issue, as Ive been previously & complained. I was assured that this will not happen again & the matter will be dealt with. They are not listening to their customers especially those who are put at risk with allergies. My advice is to never visit as I've given too many chances & ended up disappointed on more occasions then not.

  A great place to eat locally. I only really go for a quick snack. Mc Donalds also do some lower fat food so its not all high calorie burgers. They now print the calorie content on the packaging so its alot easier to see what your eating. I like the deli of the day at 1.99 which is something different every day. The place is always very clean. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Its not fine dining but what they do they are good at. I visit at least once a week.
