  Staff were rather unwelcoming, ignored my motorbike... but they were obviously kind and helpful staff just serving the usual Mcdonald's cuisine, on time and warm.

  If you're a blue badge holder, you'll be fighting white van man for the disabled parking spaces! Once inside ok. Disabled loos are good and very clean.

  Appalling service, 20 minutes to wait for 2 Big Macs one was sat there ready, when fresh one arrived other was cold, miserable staff, shall go to Ower in future they're so much friendlier and efficient

  Went through the drive through. Ordered 3 meals including drinks. When I got to the collection point only 2 drinks handed over. When I asked where the 3rd drink was I was told that I had only paid for 2. I offered to pay for the 3rd drink but ever though the young girl was stood next to a till I was told that I would have to go through the drive through again to pay at the first window. Ludicrous as there was a number of vehicles behind me. Drove away with the food to find 1 of the meals was missing chips. Filled in the on line survey and McD HQ contacted me within 18 hours saying the franchisee, Bryan Rupping would contact me. Guess what, I am still waiting after 2 months and 2 more messages to McD HQ.
