  6* experience here. It's so relaxing and tranquil. They use the best products. Its spotlessly clean and chic. Gorgeous coffees. And Melissa and her team are lovely. And that's all before the hair! I look forward to visiting every time!

  Absolutely fantastic hair salon. I went there last week on a whim after looking at the highest rated salons in Manchester; I had a fantastic consultation with Sara who listened to me, encouraged me to give my full opinion and was very clear about any and all costs involved. I was lucky to get an appointment for colour and cut for the next week (today). Today I was again made to feel welcome from the very start, with Sara declaring that she had been looking forward to doing my hair since the consultation. It was an all-around lovely experience with Sara absolutely nailing the hair colour of my dreams despite my slightly weird descriptions of the desired colour. She also cleaned up the ends and made my hair look absolutely fantastic. I can honestly say that I have never been so absolutely delighted and happy after a hairdresser appointment! I also would like to add that even though the entire experience looks and feels (and is!) very high-class, the prices are not only affordable but also immensely good value for money. You are also not pressured into buying things or adding additional services to your colour appointment. Everyone in the salon is lovely, welcoming and knowledgeable and it was great to see Sara discussing my hair colour with Melissa to make absolutely sure that it would be perfect. I'll definitely be a regular here!

  This salon is a wonderful oasis of professional calm and tranquility. Simply stepping inside makes me feel cared for. My haircut and colour is wonderful and worth every penny: indeed it would cost me much more at a top high street salon and would not be as good. It's the first time in my life that I feel I have good hair. I have crossed it off the list of things I want to change but more than that, it makes me feel better about every aspect of me. And life is SO much easier without having to wrestle my hair into a neat style each day. Thank you. I can't recommend the team enough.

  I have been with Melissa since her junior days at Sassoon and from day one have found her to be 100% professional, fun and hardworking. I have watched her mature and have loved being on the journey with her, she always strives to be at the top of her game and has a constant thirst for knowledge and self improvement. I'm so excited that she has taken the brave steps to open her first business and the salon is beautiful!!! She has carefully selected an amazingly talented team and I absolutely love going in for my regular cut!!! Melissa has created the perfect environment and I am very excited for the future is Melissa Timperley Hair Salons and will definitely be there to support the team along the way, I couldn't recommend visiting more!!

  So.. woke up to a grey day feeling drab, dreary and totally depleted, didn't think anybody or anything could lift my mood.. but after my 4pm appointment with Melissa this afternoon what a transformation. The salon and staff are warm and welcoming.. delicious coffee, thorough consultation, amazing head massage, free counseling.. oh and an amazing re style. Melissa Timperley my hair is beautifully glossy, cut with expert precision, smells divine.. and yes, you were right about the fringe. I happily sashayed and swished all the way home.
