::The buying process is pretty good but other garages are cheaper - but they will price match. Use carwow to compare prices. After sales - shocking. They are quite possibly the worst premium car garage for after sales. They repaired our accident damaged car and there were two outstanding faults. No one would do anything and I had to visit the garage twice and argue with people to get it sorted. It took almost FOUR WEEKS to get the wheels balanced and an appointment for a parking sensor to be looked at. Don't bother calling them either as you just end up on hold forever. I have called them 8 times in two days and still have not spoken to anyone other than a receptionist that can't help other then redirect me to another line that rings non-stop. If you can go elsewhere I would probably, at this point, recommend it very strongly. I am really disappointed and they could learn a thing or two from the local BMW and Audi garages on the service and customer service side.

My wife and I would like to give particular praise to our sales representative Marc Cliff who was excellent from start to finish providing friendly, knowledgeable and helpful service throughout. Marc gave us regular updates on the progress of our order and reacted swiftly to any queries we had regarding the purchase as well as conducting a very smooth handover transaction when we traded in our existing vehicle and picked up our new one. ::Absolute rubbish customer service. Very unhelpful staff, they don't care about the complaints they receive and won't do anything to improve their service. I would give them no stars if I could. You'd think buying a Mercedes you'll get great customer service after spending so much money on a car but no it's the complete opposite.

::I was looking for new car but the car I wanted was outside my budget. A part from that I was treated nicely and couldn't asking to coffee or tea and biscuits. The gentleman who dealt with me was very professional and cool.
