::We had. A problem with our Mercedes late on Friday night. Rang Mercedes, Worcester who said to bring in Saturday morning. Got there at 8am, lovely friendly welcome. Had refreshments and waited for a technician to check over the problem. Was kept informed during the hour we were there. Problem corrected and left 100% satisfied. Well done Mercedes-Benz.
