::Helpful, friendly staff. Room comfortable and clean. Close to all amenities. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the price, will definitely use this hotel again.

::The people were friendly and helpful. From outside it looked cute and old but the room itself was very basic. It looked like an attempt to modernise had been made but the furniture was all in need of replacing. The room was tricky to find as many stairs and narrow corridors but overall I think for the location and the price it was fine

::All in all a very good customer experience, despite the somehow noisy stairs! But the room we had is big, clean, very pleasant, the bathroom is so big, never seen such space in a hotel bathroom! Very clean as well. Breakfast downstairs offers a wide range of items such as granola, cheese, toasts, fresh fruits, the, coffe, orange juice, jam, etc And the staff is absolutely lovely. This historical place is indeed worth it.

::A reasonably priced hotel in the town centre. We stayed for one night in a double room. The room was an odd shape due to the addition of an ensuite but was clean and had all the facilities you could need. Furnishing weren’t new but didn’t feel tired. Front desk service was prompt and polite. Ear plugs were supplied but we found they weren’t needed as the room was surprisingly quiet given the central location.
