All the staff are so warm and welcoming, I dealt directly with James who couldn't have been more helpful. I am in love with both of my rings which have been designed and made in store. ::Awful place. Don't even know how they are still running as a company. Theiving off old women trying to spend there hard earned money. When questioned they are abusive and try to kick you out the shop. When questioned again they threaten to ring the police. Even when your calm the owner offers you outside. There attitude is outrageous. Never before have I witness anything like it from any company. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM HERE!!!!!
