  The receptionist are VERY RUDE. Everybody has the right to see a doctor.... how can the receptionist say who’s more important you or a baby who is dying? DISGUSTING!!!

  Receptionists are very rude to people and even some of the doctors. Better register to another clinic in the area Very disappoiting service.

  The receptionist absolutely rude! Lack of customer service skills. unhelpful. I even couldn't finish my sentence while we were talking by phone she simply just put the phone down. RUDE!!!!

  Absolutely dissapointing service. Tried to call in for 3days 8am to book appointment and it wasn't possible. Need to do blood test as I think I might have anemy but doctor said need to be done privately.Been 11years in UK and never had this kind of problem before. Receptionist very rude completely ignoring phone calls. I think something needs to be done in this place! Normally I dont complain but this time its about my health!!!

  The Doctors here are very good and very professional. The Receptionists however are a disgrace. Are receptionists qualified to ask about your symptoms? and to make a judgement whether its an emergency case or not? If so, should they not be doctors themselves? I had a receptionist send me to the wrong part of the surgery waiting room. I waited close to an hour before I could hear a faint call of my name by the nurse. The Nurse dealt with my issue within a minute, for which I am grateful for. Also if you ever ring in the morning at 8am to book an appoitment when the surgery opens, there's never anyone to take your call. It's either they're late or they're lazy
