::Always order the double cookie cakes from here for my families birthdays and they taste great, but there is a major problem every time I try to call the store in Victoria Centre Nottingham - they NEVER answer the phone!!! I have called at 9.20am in the morning - no answer. I've called previously at lunch time and late afternoons - no one ever answers so I can place an order for pick up during my lunch break, so I have to relay on a third party going into the Centre, to place the order and have to hang around for the hour to collect it. The 1 star is given for the poor customer service and having no way of contacting them at that particular store. Have no complaints about the taste - there beautiful.

::Poor customer service. Couldn’t be bothered to wait. Rip off prices for cookies which can’t be justified! Uneven pieces cut for cookie slices yet charging same for every piece!

::What can I say, Millie's Cookies are the best, my favorite is the cookie shakes, while they are a bit expensive you pay for what you get, i would recommend Millie's any day.
