  Cappacino's are bang on to be fair, coffee beans not so intense. Plus the girl who made it looked like she truly enjoys what she does. So fairplay cheers

  Service is shocking! Very rude. They lost my order so when I went to pick it up they basically called me a liar and had to show them a bank statement proving that I had brought the cookie the week before as no one could give me a recipe when I paid. They also wouldn't let me use my intu gift card. Just said they don't accept them when on the intu website it clearly says that you can! The cookies are great but the staff not so much!

  This is my first time i been to millies cookies and it is the last too. This is also my first ever google review. They haven't even got the location right as i been to the new one by m&s and argos in the old curry's digital store but obviously that shut down as it is merry hell after all! I have the o2 priority app on my phone one day while scrolling through it a offer cane up it said "a heart warming treat. Pick up a free freshly baked cookie" i got quite excited and after college a few days later i rushed down to the merry hell in excitement first time ever i was excited to go to merry hill. I looked for the millies cookies but they moved as per stupid merry hill moving everything. But my goodness i arrived at the counter where they serve the cookies i said i got a o2 priority code for a cookie. The lady said yep its one of these cookies and gestured which cookies i can have. I picked my cookie. Opened my favourite app (o2 priority) showed her the code on the offer. She didn't like it i couldn't f****** believe it she said it was because the map as to where i can redeem the cookie wanted me to go to the bull ring. Oh hell no i told her my location on my phone is off. I tapped the "other nearby locations and it showed the merry hill one with a black pin like the bull ring one. Funny bugger at this millies cookies i am very disappointed she is the dumbest cow i ever came across. There was no customer service there was no sympathy no frigging cookie either. Wasted trip to merry hill i am thoroughly peed off with millies cookies and the staff as they are poorly trained and miserable. Do not go here for your cookies you will be disappointed like i was. Go somewhere far more superior like ASDA there staff are happy they love working there and you get more cookies for your money aswell

  The cookies here are like no other. Highly recommend them. If you get a cookie and a milkshake, you will not be disappointed. Also - the giant cookies are better than cakes for birthdays. If you haven't had one, you're missing out.
