  I am absolutely appauled at the cookie which I got my partner for Valentine's Day. I ordered a Millie's cookie cake at the Millie's cookie shop in the Manchester arndale and when we had a piece for the first time I took a bite and found a metal hair grip embedded in the cookie. If my child had a piece they could have choked and the customer service which I received from the shop was terrible. When we went back not one of the workers had hair nets on and the manager would not speak to us. We were told we would be able to have a refund and a cookie, but then advised we could only have one or the other. We took the cookie back and received a new one as it was a gift. I would advise not to eat there as you never know what could be in the cookies they make.

  Very unprofessional, sat at the coffee shop across and the two staff members at Millies cookies were play fighting behind the counter, throwing each other in the fridge, the long brown haired girl was sat on the counter flicking money across.... not very impressed.
