  Dr. Mary Lo is the best orthodontist in London! Not only is she very skilful and experienced, she is also great with people who are VERY fearful of getting dental work done like myself. I went to see her for the first time and I was greeted by her very friendly staff. Both Dr. Lo and her team made me feel really comfortable throughout the entire process. She was sensitive to my fears and took me through every stage of the treatment patiently and even made me laugh quite a bit to lighten the mood. After 6 months of treatment and getting my braces removed, I cannot be more satisfied with the results. Thanks a lot! Highly recommended.

  Throughout my daughter’s “braces” treatment Mary was wonderful, professional and efficient. My daughter (and I) loved the sessions with Mary - she is a breath of fresh air and makes what could be a difficult experience, extremely easy and filled with smiles and laughter. Mary explained everything extremely well and did a great job of managing our expectations (also working around our frequent holidays!). We highly recommmend Mary Lo.

  I had difficulty closing my mouth and suspected some sort of misalignment with my teeth. I went to Dr Lo and was diagnosed with a reverse overjet. She explained to me how treatment would progress from beginning to end which was reassuring. I wanted to get the braces off before summer and she made it possible for me with the use of rubber bands. Dr Lo was professional and caring throughout. She took into account my opinions and I felt like I had full control of my treatment plan.

  I have been so lucky to have Mary help me through having braces. My teeth were in such a state, but after only a year they are completely straight and I’ve got them off. She was so helpful throughout. Best in the business

  I feel very fortunate to have been recommended Mary Lo for my 18-month programme of fixed braces. I had received three other professional opinions before seeking Mary's and knew immediately she was a highly skilled and experienced orthodontist. She is a consummate professional: she took great care of me throughout, always managed my expectations about how long the treatment would take, explained what she was doing and why, and has a calm and reassuring manner. She has also explained very clearly what I need to do to maintain my teeth now the braces are off. I feel very fortunate to have been a patient of hers and would recommend her to anyone considering orthodontic treatment. I cannot think of any way in which she could improve her already high quality care.
