  We fell in love with the hotel within seconds of walking into the Charter Suite. The prices were reasonable, and so we happily chose this as the venue we wished to have our reception. From day one, we were able to control and change any aspect of the package to suit us, from adding late night baps, to having the band set up the day beforehand (this was due to the room being free the night before, as we married out of season on a Friday). We dealt with several members of staff, including Samantha and Jamie, both of whom went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with the service we received. The room we chose was comfortable, and the shower was more than capable of blasting away the cobwebs the morning after the night before.

  I regularly use Moor Hall Hotel for business meetings, the atmosphere is friendly but private enough to allow work to be done easily - the smaller rooms actually make this much more pleasant than in some of the bigger chain hotels. The staff are always happy to help and the breakfasts - well its always worth booking a slightly earlier meeting! Will continue to arrange meetings there well into the future.

  I regularly visit Moor Hall for business meetings and i now feel in a position to post an honest review. Good service only matters when it’s consistent which is what I have found to be the case for Moor Hall. It is a beautiful character hotel set in stunning grounds and features a terrific spa. The hotel is clean and welcoming and the staff always seem willing to help. With a great restaurant and bar I can highly recommend Moor Hall Hotel to anyone looking for that high quality hotel experience.

  Attended a Murder Mystery evening with the girls. Absolutely loved it! The actors were fantastic and really engaging. Lots of laughs were had throughout the evening. The food was delicious and staff very accommodating. Would definitely recommend to anyone who loves themed nights out with a lovely meal.

  We stayed here for a night this week, dinner, bed & breakfast at a special price. The service was very good, dinner in the Oak room was excellent. We didn't have a room with a view but then, for the price, £99, we were more than happy with our lot. Our room was very 80's. Swags & tails curtains, dado rail etc but was clean & tidy and reasonably spacious. We would be happy to recommend this hotel, particularly if you get a special offer like we did.
