  My family and I just finished our lease through Moore’s recently and I thought I would share what a great experience it was. Not only were they professional and thorough but they were also very accommodating in the every day personal side of things. I’d like to thank Angie and Taylor for always being there and helping us out along the way. You are all fantastic and are running a well oiled machine. I’ve had my fair share of interactions with bad business companies but I have not one bad thing to say about Moore’s and would recommend them to anyone!

  I rented a property through Moores last year. I’m am disgusted by the treatment from their staff. A lady called Hayley signed me up and was more bothered about getting my money from between my hands than any concerns I had. What a rude obnoxious lady. I got to the house and it was a state. Hayley had even said cleaners had been in and it was ready to moved straight in. (Well I would hate to see her house). I called up and ask for my money back and said I don’t want to move in. She told me too late you signed the contract and you will not be getting your fee back. I felt totally cheated. It took me over a month to get the house cleaned and ready before my family could move in with no help from the agents or the landlords. While living there many things broke and was an absolute chore to get the agents to send out a workman. Glad I’ve bought a house now and my kids are very happy to be away from that den made worse by the agents If Hayley worked in my company she would have been asked to leave for her treatment of customers. Do not rent with these agents.

  Enjoyed a 2 and a half year tenancy with Moores, and never had any trouble from them. Communication was good, and they were quick to respond to any issues that arose with the property. A breath of fresh air compared to the student letting agents I've dealt with before and since!

  Sold my flat through Moores. They found the perfect buyer which meant the sale was quick and easy. Staff were all very helpful and kept me informed throughout the process. Would definitely use again.
