::Rude staff, long queues and a horrible smelly mess of a Post Office, go to Old Street if you can as it's a proper Post Office and the staff are always nice and helpful. This one is a sham of a place, half convenience store, half post office, always busy, always a mess and the staff are rude, unnecessarily aggressive and unhelpful, they need to learn about something called Customer Service! The staff here think it's appropriate to start shouting at you if you are confused by their chaotic til system! AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN! Also it's a joke that in the City of London, the UK's premier financial district, there isn't a proper Post Office but instead this joke of a place which is a convenience store masquerading as Royal Mail/Post Office! It also stinks of the hot food they are selling in the convenience store section!! it's not a pleasant experience and one to be avoided at all costs if you can, I would go anywhere else rather than here, so if you have the option don't go there. You've been warned.

::Not sure why are there so many negative reviews. I have visited this Post Office before work, at about 08:00 in the morning. I was sending a special delivery parcel. Yes it was busy and there was a huge queue, however 3 ladies who were working on the counter, have been extremely efficient. Regardless that it was busy, the staff was very welcoming, friendly and polite. The lady at the shop was very helpful as well. I would like to thank the Staff of this post office for an Excellent service. Keep it up. Thank you.

::10 minutes late in opening this morning, which is fairly standard. Grumpy staff, too. Stinks of curried foods owing to the food concession area.

::Don't know why so many negative reviews. Sultan was very friendly helpful and pleasant person to be helped by. Friday at 6.30pm was surprisingly quick service for November when post offices are usually packed. Bit of a odd layout yes but that's not going to affect my post when it comes down to it!
