::Had an interview for paralegal here. Interview was short, about 30min but very professional, effective and well guided with reasonable questions and sound practice. I guess their services will reflect the same values. It took just very long (month) to get the final result. X-mas and NYE took place so I understand that. Only practical issue here will be the parking.

::MJP were super efficient in my my recent house purchase, the online tracker makes it so simple to keep an eye on what is happening and demystify the conveyancing process. Highly Recomended will recommend to all my friends.

::I'm currently selling my flat and our buyer is using Morgan Jones and Pett for their conveyancing. As I write this I am still waiting for our property to exchange which has been 'imminent' for over a week. They have asked my solicitor for documents already received, routinely take days to review the most simple of documents, operate using a call-centre type arrangement and generally have no sense of urgency. The saving of a few hundred pounds is moot if your chain collapses which ours is certainly in danger of doing. Pay peanuts, you know the rest. AVOID.

::In 1983 I engaged the services of Mr Morgan for my first separation and he gave me a satisfactory service. During 2000-2002 an associate solicitor handled my second separation which was fairly ok. Unfortunately at my final hearing the "stand in office junior" was distracted by the older opposing solicitors flirtatious behaviour and was unable to warn me of a mistake that cost me some 6k. 2002-2005 I engaged Mr Jones in a Legal Aid funded case as illness had cost me my employment and preventative treatment had been available. To cut a long story short even though this kind of legal action is no longer available I feel obliged to point out that I received a less than satisfactory standard of service with a distinct lack of client care. In a letter some four years after the case commenced, Mr Jones pointed out that Legal Aid cases were not designed to be compensation cases, thereby technically admitting in a signed letter that I had been misled. What then was the purpose of this charade?

::I have just sold and purchased our new home using MJP, at first I got some worried faces when I said I was using internet conveyancing, but it has been so good. Both my buyer and seller used local solicitors and yet I had much more information at hand then either of them as every details is on your log that you can view 24hrs a day. No waiting for someone to get your file out and call you back within the office hours. Just pop online and view your sale or purchase file. As long as you have a scanner and printer and know how to use them its all very easy. I would highly recommend the service that I received from MJP. Sonia Morgan (West Midlands)
