  Went here for the first time yesterday after a disastrous hair cut 2 months ago at another salon. All the girls are lovely, friendly & fun. Sarah did my cut & blow dry which I was very pleased with & hopefully after another cut my hair will be back to normal. Thanks girls! x

  I'm happy with my hair on every visit. My hair looked amazing. I visit this salon often and never had an issue. Staff are nice and friendly. I recommend this salon, it's a shame it's not noticeable from outside.

  Biggest disappointment of my life. Today which was meant to be a happy day for me it got ruined by this salon. I went in for Brazilian Blow Dry which advertised in the website for £100. after 4 hours of a job i was told i got to pay £200 just because the girl was too slow in blow drying my hair, hence she took very long to finish it off. I am really utterly disappointed but i learnt a big lesson. never TRUST online prices and always always AGREE on the price before starting anything. will never forget this experience ever. Will never recommend it to anybody. Integrity and transparency are very important in any business. Very Sad I Am.

  I have been searching for a hairdresser to become my 'regular'. Someone suggested I tried Morgan's Salon... I walked in, greeted with a smile and only one other customer who was nattering away to one of the hairdressers. I felt optimistic! I sat down and we talked through what I wanted... a cut/slight restyle and toner to fix a very bad home colouring effort! They put on the toner, worked it through and took me to the sinks at the back. I was advised it would take 10 minutes, I was offered a coffee and I gratefully said yes. Whilst I was laying there awkwardly with my head back in the sink, I could hear both hairdressers chatting away to the other customer (At this point, I could only assume was a friend rather than just a customer) 20 minutes had passed.... laughter from the salon was still heard, yet no one had come to see me. After another 5 minutes, and worrying what the toner would do if left on too long, I called out. The lady came in trying not to laugh, washed through the toner and put in a conditioner... she left again to continue her conversation. I was left there for 35 minutes!!!! When she finally came in (still no coffee either, and I was shivering from laying in a cold back room with damp hair for almost 1 hour!!) She put a towel around my head and led me to the chair. She began blow-drying my hair while giving the other customer/friend all of her attention. She then said "there, all done!".... I then had to ASK for the cut I had wanted!!!!!! She then cut my hair dry, again without her full attention, and cut it different lengths on each side of my face! She walked off to the till to take my money! A young lady (Possibly an apprentice) noticed my sad look assessing my new 'hair cut and non-change of colour', and she came over and whispered... "I can get her to sort it out, I'm really sorry" - I said don't worry... I don't like to complain, and this young lady was really polite. She did go over, and the hairdresser came back, evened the cut slightly and then returned to the till. I paid an amount that was not justified by the appalling service I received. The one thing I learned was to voice my opinion if I am unhappy, as us ladies pay a lot of money to get our hair done, and when service is that poor it should be addressed. I never leave reviews or complain, but I really want to make sure any one who thinks of going to Morgans Salon is aware of what service they are capable of!!!

  I went to Morgans after a recommendation from a friend and I was very pleased I listened to her. My hair looked amazing! I enjoyed every minute I was there, the girls were friendly and professional. I had a head massage while my hair was washed which was lush. I was well looked after with tea and treats and the atmosphere in there was lovely. I can't wait to go again, would definitely recommend to anyone :)
