    Needed some screws but also wanted some help choosing which ones were fit for the job - staff were really friendly, helped me figure out the ones I wanted and gave me a great price! A brilliant, well stocked local hardware shop!

    Have new owners and the people in the store are very helpful. Has a downstairs now so have far more then ever before.

    Closed down now and not surprised as staff were never the most polite. Nearest hardware shop now Pentons on Marylebone Lane, which is great.

    Morrell's is a good store for the West End. They keep a higher range of tools/parts etc for the higher range stuff. When we needed some diamond cutting disks for a job in the studios Morrell's was the only store that had them and saved us a trip out of the West End. The main man there is knowledgable and helpful. A good quality asset for any tradespeople working in the West End

    not good had me wait two days for a delivery after being given a price by one assistant. tool arrives and Im told it will be 30% more than I was told. no apology at all and am now struggling to get the tool to start my job in time, go elsewhere or look online
