  went there with my family, service disgraceful i couldn't be more annoyed with my experience. when the day started of with me seeing a rat in the store i'm physically revolted, as i made the staff away he told me to end my life so i decide to leave but accidentally tripped up and dropped my KFC on the ground. then later when i get home i found that my onion was rotten

  Cafe area was dirty with lots of food on the floor, tables not cleared of plates and trays. Some of the cutlery had dried food on. So not washed properly. Food itself nice. Stsff pleasant. The main shop itself very clean and nice wide aisles. Lots of varieties on the shelfs. Nice to see Management stocking up shelfs. Till staff very polite and chatty. Toilet not in use which was a bit of a problem after having drinks in the cafe. All in all an ok place.

  This story is handy for people with car's, prams, buggy's and shopping trolleys too. The shelves are always full and the range is good value for money. The customer service is so good, I will keep going there all the time

  Normally I am not a huge fan of superstores but this has cheap prices' huge, free parking, and a variety of foods from all over the world. The bakery and fresh fish are very nice. The staff are also very welcoming.
