  Morrison's supermarket, Holyhead Road, Coventry, is not somewhere where you can expect a friendly and professional approach towards its customers. Firstly, the staff it employs excel in being anti-social and hostile to all its customers. Which certainly grates on myself and I have regular feedback from other regular customers in regards to this place. It is regularly an assault course to get around the store, its layout is reasonable, the problem lies with stock constantly blocking the store aisles. The automated shopping machines are forever breaking down. And, on the smaller self service tills the screws, on the place where you place your shopping , are raised above the surface thus ripping the bottom of your shopping bags. Now, the real bone of contention is Morrison's run an in store points system, on it's products. However, when I have purchased one or more of these products, the points do not show up on my receipt. The music should be background not foreground, this makes it extremely hard to hear, the staff who operate the human ran tills. And, finally it regularly smells of cannabis weed.

  Good fresh veg. I just find aldi cheaper thus 3 stars. But Morrison's is good.

  Fine range of fresh, frozen and preserved produce. Excellent parking facilities and a fuel station.

  Good morrisons. Food is cheap and cheerful in the cafe, as you would expect and the staff are very nice and accommodating. The store itself has a good range of gluten free section which i enjoy

  Good value supermarket with fresh produce from meat and fish through to fruit and vegetables. The store is well laid out and currently features a range of Christmas goods and real trees for sale in the outside courtyard area. There are also good deals in wine and beer and spirits
