  Been a while since I’ve gone into this store since I had bad service a while back and was extremely hesitant to go in but I’m glad I did I had an incredible experience from the store manager who must be new as I’ve not seen him before and the store looked amazing so something must be going right now I’m definitely going back. Well done for swaying me back

  I went in last week to look for a wedding suit. The store was recommended by a colleague and I was approached by the store manager Vishal he seriously knows his stuff and made me feel really comfortable I can’t knock the service and his knowledge it is definitely a store I will be going back to.

  New manager is fantastic. I knew him from when he worked at another suit shop and I now shop with moss bros because of how knowledgeable and friendly he is.

  Went in today with something in mind, left with something else but very happy. Tony looked after me, was attentive as soon as I walked in without being too pushy!

  The chap (as nice as he was), completely guessed my sizing by looking at me.. His predictions were completely wrong.. He was like Diane Abbott - plucking numbers out the air hoping they fit..
