::Very big shop, lovely environment, beautiful baby stuffs and I can tell you they're quality stuff and EXPENSIVE compared to other websites and competitors. My advise would be for you to look around for what you want before stopping here, I did find the staffs to be nice, no issues for me. There's a perfect entrance for disabled or wheelchair users, general free parking outside. Keeping my rating on the average side. Enjoy your shopping!!

::Bad customer service. Item "out of stock" at sale price (£299 to £200) only to go back in stock the very next day when back up to full price plus more (£325). Cot available cheaper on a competitors website even though mothercare branded. Manager uninterested and unapologetic with no attempt at customer service. Poor experience. Not recommended

::I went to Mothercare at stockton on Thursday and i think i was treated appallingly. I ordered a i car seat online to be delivered in store so that if I struggled to put it in they could demonstrate but because my car was 2012 they wouldn't even demonstrate it for me. They were incredibly rude to me (not the girl working behind the checkout, she was lovely. I took the car seat to see if I could work it out but I couldn't so I took it back and asked if I could change it for one they would fit. I got my money back and then went to look. The woman really couldn't be bothered with me and basically said parents do their research first and you look on the internet to see which ones will go in your car BUT I CAME TO THE SHOP FOR ADVICE NOT A LECTURE. She wasn't prepared to advice me at all so I walked our and went to mamas and papas who couldn't be more helpful and even demonstrated how to put a car seat of the same make in the car and I bought one for £250. I will never go to mothercare for advice again.
