  After over a month and going there twice saying they have fixed my Merc it still did not start even at the garage. diagnostic said one thing and they said it needed a battery. The joke continues I would give 0 stars but it won't let me post with out 1 star I could complain more but I've no time ps the ladies in the office are really nice . Diagnostic say one thing so machanics do something else strange good job it's through another person's insurance. But maybe that's how it works I'm thinking. Good luck and stay clear.

  After I arrived to collect my van I noticed that the paint did not mach and it had a very bad Orange peel finish to the new mirror, I did not except this as finished work and had to wait another 1hr 20 while they polished and buffed the paint. Once I was given the van back I drove of to find that they had not re-conected the stereo on the drivers side, so back I went to wait another 45minutes for that to be done, I am now waiting for the manager of the Oxford Motofix to ring me back ref the DAB radion not being able to tune any DAB stations. The DAB radio antenna is in the mirror that was replaced and obviously when replaced no function tests were actually carried out to ensure that it all worked as it should have. I await your phone call MOTOFIX but I wount be holding my breath.

  I dont know about the quality of the work as I am still waiting for my car to come back. There seems to be no sense of urgency but plenty of excuses relating to procedures and processes. I would think twice about using them unless you have time for the sometime soon responses

  They do a very good job with plenty of progress reports and a courtesy car. But time taken for repairs can be lengthy

  Motofix repaired my car and provided a fantastic service. Janet and Dean were brilliant to deal with and the repair, service and courtesy car arrangements were excellent. Highly recommended.
