  I've been registered with this practice for 14 years and I don't understand the reviews that say the receptionists are rude; I have never had a bad experience with them. Sure, they can be a little curt on the phone, but that's because they know they have other calls waiting. They have always been very polite to me. I actually moved house 12 years ago and have an NHS GP surgery around the corner, but elected not to switch (I am 'just' still inside Mount Florida's catchment area). This is because they are so good at appointments - they don't insist you call pre 9am, for example. I've heard so many horror stories about how hard it is to get an appointment - not so at this practice. The quality of the GPs at this practice is not in question - I'm not a 'frequent flyer' but over the course of 14 years I have had appointments with most of the partners. I found Dr Sheil to be a bit judgmental but, other than that, I have no complaints. Dr Gallagher is currently taking care of my sciatica issue and the physiotherapist has stated that he is doing all the right things. I would recommend this practice to anyone in the area.

  Stupidest and rudest receptionists ever. Totally useless and incompetent! I have made a complaint to the NHS Board.
