  Took my old car in to have the brakes looked at and have a full service. My car had just passed its MOT a month before and my brakes were checked and working well. They had also been checked by Kwik fit a couple of months earlier when I had four new tyres put on. The cold February weather and jet washing caused my front brake callipers to begin to stick on occasionally and if left this could have caused a lot of damage. They tried to sell me new brake disks and pads when they both were fine. All that needed to happen was the calipers sorting out (they were releasing by themselves but did need some attention). I did buy new pads as the front ones had not been changed for quite a while and I often tow a caravan. Luckily they could not get the brake discs, as they were not in stock locally. The work they did was very good but they were selling work that did not need to be done.

  Poor service & extortionate bills for work not required.....Avoid at all costs
