  Good location on Beehive Centre, they even have a toilet which technically probably is 'Buy before you Try' or at least look as if you are 'browsing'.

  Staff are friendly and professional high quality food reflected by the price. Free parking plenty of spaces

  I visited M&S Simply Food at the Beehive at about half past four this evening. With the general demise in standards, both in terms of product and service, as a general woe of our times, I have always held M&S Simply Food (along with its competitor Waitrose) as one of the last bastions of high quality food and service in the UK. Today, going into M&S Simply Food at the Beehive I thought for a moment I had wandered into Lidl. The place was poorly stocked and the shelves were generally disorganised and unkempt. There was litter. The entrance felt grubby and unwelcoming. The general feel of the place felt unprofessional and sloppy. What has happened? As a business M&S has to compete for my business and it is a lot closer to where I live than Waitrose. But I am tempted to make the long trip across town to Trumpington because the shopping experience will be guaranteed to be much more consistent and more pleasant.
