  A good little store, a lot bigger than you think. Has upstairs with some clothing area and a “pick and collect” section. Does get crazy crazy busy!

  One of the staff members there was very helpful. He helped me exchange the faulty shirt quickly as he had seen me in the store hours earlier.

  I used to enjoy going into this place to purchase items such as sandwiches, salads etc but I will never set foot in this place again because it is now horrible. I do not mind paying slightly more for certain items, but it is no longer worth it. The self-service tills are a nightmare and customers are treated like cattle. Members of staff are not around to answer questions. The whole experience is just a horrific nightmare of unprofessionalism and it is no longer a good experience to go shopping there. The food which must get thrown out must be enormous because I know that lots of people do not like the changes to this particular branch of M & S. It should be blatantly obvious from reading some of the reviews that some customers are not happy. The self-service tills never work properly and I hope that your hard-working employees did not lose their jobs because of these monstrocities. Going to M & S is a source of frustration for customers. Why spend money at a business which obviously no longer cares about its customers and does little in the way of making one's shopping experience even remotely pleasurable?

  Awful customer service. The “manager” needs to learn how to deal with the problem and how to operate the system. Rather than solving the problem he were defending it .For such a big multinational company what a Shame to have Manager who can’t performe simple job. Very poor service 👎

  Awful selection of food and incorrect prices. They don't have any cereal for the early morning commuter but have a vast and varied array of crisps that takes up a whole section of the shop. The prices of sandwiches and deli bits are ridiculous compared to other Marks stores elsewhere.
