  Store is fine car park is a nightmare. Takes ages in traffic jam to get out. Something needs to be done

  Good choice of food... Disappointed not premises baked brown farmhouse wholemeal left but got organic loaf..delicious. Staff helpful and checkout cashire (Lisa) extremely polite First visit...enjoyable

  I'm putting a single star only because I'm stuck in the car park yet again. Been gridlocked for half an hour. It's not the first time this has happened to me, and friends have told me that it's happened to them multiple times before. Staff in the store are lovely. Not their fault. The design urgently needs changing of the car park, especially the exit onto the road. Right now people are sounding horns because they're so frustrated, which is not fair to the houses across the road. Even just seen someone driving up onto the pavement and exiting out through the barely wide enough pedestrian exit. Dangerous... But I have to say tempting! I phoned the store to ask if they could help martial the traffic. Nice people... But nobody there who could help. Now listening to raised voices. People so frustrated. So please... Please... Please Marks and Spencer (and Aldi too, who share the car park)... Please do something about this. The bad layout and exit onto the road is going to turn a lot of us away from ever daring to shop here. Lots of free spaces still. Just can't get out! Moved just a few feet in the time it took to write this.
