  This M&S store is inside Richmond station downstairs. I have been travelling through this station I never seen it. They should advertise it up stairs so people can see. This M&S is well stocked and all the staffs are very friendly and polite. They bake fresh bread rolls and dame good crossan in the morning.

  Call in most days on my commute, very convenient. Staff are friendly and produce is good. There is a little chap on the till though who insists on noticing elements about me for conversation. New bag sir? How is the leg sir?, late finish sir? (This is also done for the amusement of other staff) I deem the running commentary too intrusive so i stopped shopping in there for about 6 months. On my stealthy return there to shop he does the same stuff. Its turning into a very boring and drawn out Hitchcockian suspense film. I dread seeing him. Surely as a customer i shouldnt feel like that. Will have to bite the bullet and go elsewhere.
