  I'd been to several physios, chiros,.... Before I found Jo. The first time I visited her I had a night's sleep for the first time in my memory, she has magic hands. But equally Jo is pretty forensic asking lots of questions about my pain before deciding what to recommend. It's fair to say that she kept me sane for many years. Helped me to actively self manage my pain to save costs and when Jo felt I needed surgical intervention helped me the whole way through the process. Thank you Jo.

  Been to many Physio's, and I can Say Jo was right at the top. Cleasr, informative, without jargon and really worked hard in the hour to address the underlying issues, really appreciated the visit
