::I went to my local UOE store (formerly post office) in Muswell Hill Broadway to sort out vehicle tax for my new vehicle. The interior has been transformed - they had everything from colourful coffee cups with slogans to humorous stationery but could not sort out the most crucial thing - my vehicle tax - due to not having the paperwork for a direct debit. I was instructed to go to the branch in East Finchley instead. Ridiculous. If UOE cannot sort out the important things like passports, DVLA documents etc then its pretty much pointless. I'll just wait for Highgate Post Office to open tomorrow - it might be tiny and the queues rather long but things get done.

::UOE terrible terrible service our lovely post office got sold to UOE in Muswell Hill I went in to be served by a girl whose nails were so long she couldnāt type properly. She was unable to help me in working out a postcode quite literally said to me the system cant find it its not my problem Over the years the staff at the post office in Muswell Hill have gone out of their way to help and they knew postcodes like the back of their hands, they were pros, if you were stuck in a rush or just didnt know something they helped you, with a smile! This girl couldnāt even remember what I had asked her she had to keep asking me how i wanted to send a package In the end she then had the nerve to tell me off telling me she felt disrespected by me and she didnt like this Are you kidding me? I did not once raise my voice or swear or do anything threatening but I did tell her she wasnt doing her job properly because she wasnt I asked the manager who owns UOE and she couldnāt tell me, she just said we supply stationery What kind of a muppet show is this? I will make sure never to go back and tell all my friends beware of this new āpost officeā the staff are next to useless Your customer service is disgusting

::Get more staff....queues are huge. 5 counters 2 staff.

::Little post office branch. It is a small site with just about 4 counters. Service was quick and all staff very polite.

::Understaffed, wait times are long increased by the extra "services" they're forced to sell. Layout makes it like a greenhouse where you've got no shade from sun coming through the window. Always dread coming here, doesnt make a difference what time you go.
