  Good choice of colours in here. Some staff are better than others. Plenty of work stations so wait is not too long. Bit pricey - but then they are in the city centre.

  My nails look beautiful as my technician communicated with me while being done. I got a full set of chrome & highly recommend as it’s a great price too. I didn’t get her name but I will be asking for the same technician when I go back for infills and a colour change!

  I have been a loyal customer of nails 4u but after last months experience and today's experience as well I am looking for a new nail technicians. I usually get shellac done and last month I walked into nails 3 u and asked for shellac and also eyebrow waxing. I was told that everyone is busy and no one would be able to do my eyebrows they would only be able to do my nails. Mind you this is a place where people walk in and get everything done for manicure, pedicure even waxing...Anyway I got my nails done and walked out disappointed coz I wasn't even offered a later appointment etc. Today I went in for my shellac nails out of loyalty to the place and I was given to a trainee who seemed not to know what she was doing. My fingers were scalded/burnt as they were trying to get the gel off, then as the cuticles were being removed I was hurt. Then the trainee finished her shift and the next technician came to continue where the previous one had left off and she was being rushed. She wanted to explain something to me but she was hushed and told to attend to the next person. I left with nails that are rough on the edges they are tagging onto Clothes ..I felt like my custom just wasn't needed. I have never been so disappointed.... I usually give them tips but the last 2 visits have put me off the place completely.
