  Awful service. PLEASE don't waste your money here. We spent £10,000 on a luxury kitchen which had the following faults: - Drawers fitted which wouldn't open - Cabinet doors which fell off and needed to be refitted - Tap which came loose after a few weeks - Dishwasher which collapsed off of its legs and needed to be re-installed - Kitchen waste trap (pipework under the sink) leaking from a number of joints I would always be keen to give the benefit of the doubt however, in this case that just isn't possible. Having had all of these problems it then took me the best part of FOUR MONTHS to get them to come back and fix the issues. I then had to spend another £180 to get a plumber to reinstall all of the plumbing under the sink (which Nailsea Electrical refused to reimburse me for). The fact that they request full payment before installation leaves the customer with no form of recourse and completely at the mercy of their awful service.

  Fantastic service, great range of products, knowledgable staff and first class communication. Matched online prices for everything we bought, stored it free of charge and then delivered to site exactly when we needed it. A brilliant local business!

  Fantastic service from start to finish. First saw the Starck Gorenje product at another retailer where the product was unavailable, Gorenje gave me Nailsea’s number thank goodness they did they were happy to match the price and went out of their way to offer a first class service! Pete couldn’t have been more helpful! The products are absolutely stunning and have lifted my kitchen - I know they will provide a talking point and I now have an extra window in my kitchen! The delivery was amazing - the goods were delivered at 7am into my kitchen with no complaints - to Rutland! I will definety be using this company again and would strongly recommend them to anyone! A very satisfied customer!

  We had a fridge freezer delivered today. The guys who delivered and installed it were just brilliant and made sure it was fitted perfectly. After this I would always buy from Nailsea. Brilliant, thank you.

  Highly recommended! Excellent knowledgeable staff that go beyond the call of duty to help their customers. Assisted me when my Hotpoint cooker failed to work only 19 days after the warranty expired, helping me to get a full service and solve the problem by speaking on my behalf with Hotpoint. Excellent customer service and competitive prices too. I chose not to buy online for fear of needing good customer support (good thing too) and having a local business that can deliver quickly. I would never purchase anything online if everywhere was like Nailsea Electrical. Great work guys, keep it up.
