  I’m sorry to say that my experience with this nail bar and salon was not a happy one. They are very nice people and the shop is well presented. Sadly the quality was lacking. I had a set of gel nails which when I left I felt had not been done very well, with gel on the cuticles, odd shaped filing and pooling around the edges. I only really noticed how bad it was after I left and was so upset that I phoned to complain which is something I never do. I was shocked to get a call back from a very angry woman who seemed to be more outraged that I was complaining at all and that I hadn’t said anything at the time. She seemed to take it as a personal insult. I’m sorry but if a customer is so upset that they feel the need to say something you should listen and not get defensive. Sadly it only got worse. Within 3 days the gel started to chip around the cuticles and come away at the ends. Even if I hadn’t complained before I would do after that but there doesn’t seem to be a point after their last response. I would not recommend this place at all. It was a waist of my time and money.
