  Just slightly better than a staff canteen with a deliveries phone situated next to our table that didn't stop ringing our whole meal and went largely unanswered. Various staff were uninterested in addressing until eventually a manager had to be requested. Truly awful dining experience.

  This place is so hit and miss. Sometimes you come and it's all good but the vast majority of the time your made to wait 20 minutes till you get seated and then once you do get seated and order it takes a further 25 minutes for your food to arrive. It's a quick service restraunt not 5 star cuisines for godness sake!. The place is just so disorganised and badly requires more staff.

  The building externally and internally is beautiful. Staff were nice and pleasant. However we waited some time to be seated. Along with the chicken we ordered coming out dry, salad looked like it just got thrown into a bowl. Additionally from what we observed during our visit, the staff were slow to bus their tables and remove plates, cups + anything else. As we saw ten empty tables with the aforementioned items for approximately 30 minutes until we left.

  Food is good although always overcook the chicken till its dry, however went to the bathroom and absolutely disgusting. Blood on the walls in the female toilets, all the toilet seats hanging off, tissue and liquid (probably urine) all over the cubicle floors. Dirt in the sink corners too. The restaurant had been open from 12pm that day and we went at 3pm so it clearly wasnt cleaned the night before. Absolutely disgraceful the toilet was, we paid 50 pounds for the food i expect to go to the toilet without getting piss on my clothes.
