  I opened a joint account with a friend a month ago both bank cards were sent to the wrong addresses so were the pin numbers, second card arrived for me at my address so did my friends and no pin numbers to activate cards. Rang the branch to give the other persons address they didn't ask for an account number or reference number and insisted they didn't need it they had it written down on a piece of paper. So many problems for a savings account. My advice bank else where!
