::Very disappointed with the service yesterday encountered at the st Albans branch. On the past few occasions when I'm not using my hampstead London branch the service in Hertfordshire has been excellent. The lady who served me yesterday didn't even bother to say hello goodbye. ..absolutely no customer skills at all. ..not impressed
