  very slow service like sloth. I been in there three time in last 1 month and I would say it is most worse branch in uk. real shame

  Helpful and informative in our mortgage application, shame we had to jump between branches to deal with our mortgage advisor as they swap round.

  Open 2 accounts, very helpful . Used video conference in office, seemed strange but went very well, new thing they are doing. Still plenty of staff about so would have thought it would have been face to face. Great bank and good location.

  Slightly more convenient than the other Nationwide in Norwich but they could really do with a branch that you can park close to. The branch is well equipped but service is very slow, there's often a queue of 5 or 6 people and only one person on the cashier desk.
