  Helpful staff but surprised to be told to do stuff online and that they cpuldnct book an appointment with an adviser except for weeks ahead. Sorted things on the phone in the end. Strange. Other than that the counter staff are effecient amd friendly.

  The thing that I detest about Leeds city branch is the abundance of staff hassling me when I enter and attempt to queue for a teller who one after another asks me what I want to do even though I tell them I want the teller. Leave me alone and get more staff behind the counter!!!! I don't go into the branch unless I really have to as it annoys me so much.
