  If you work 9 - 5 on weekdays you cannot use this bank as its closed on weekends, best to use the one near chapelfield which opens 9 - 3 on Saturday making it the only time you can visit Nationwide.

  Fantastic staff. They helped me yesterday and rang head office for me as unknown transactions Money was refunded before 5 that day.

  They do not open at 9am. When I went there just now and explained online stated they opened at 9am there was no concern or apology just an angry jab at the sign on the door which states they open 9:30 am then the woman told me to go to another branch I wasn't able to get to. A bit of courtesy goes a long way Nationwide.

  Your opening times on line clearly show for Satarday 9am until 12. However i went to your branch this morning to discuss and arrange a transaction and you were closed. Thank you.
