  Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Best time to visit is opening time due to long waits.

  I visited my local branch of Nationwide in Ilford to enquire about a new account. After taking many details I was told there was no problem but would I like to discuss other financial services. After a short meeting I was told the earliest appointment for a further meeting was in one weeks time. A couple of hours before the meeting I was informed by the branch there was a computer problem and they would contact me as soon as possible. After waiting over two weeks with no response I decided Nationwide are not looking for new business. Customer services at Nationwide are very far from efficient and I advise any other prospective customers not to bother with this organisation. November 2013.
