  It was at Asda in Blackpool, we had called in for a coffee to get out of the rain, the staff were pleasant. The only thing that stopped it getting 4 stars was the time we had to wait to get our drinks I could understand if it was busy but it was fairly quiet that day

  Its a bank,you put money in and you take money out,sometimes its busy and sometimes its not.

  I have been with this bank almost 30 years and they froz my account because of some activities that was going on early in the year,,, (not with my account) so I did phone the bank and I was told that I would have to go in to the branch and identify myself and that I did with my passport and a bank steatment and proof of address,,, plus I have a pension deposit every month,,, but that was not good enough it had to be a utility bill which I don't have because my bills are included in the rent,,,, my account is still frozen ??? so I was pretty much told starve.....

  This use to be a good place to conduct your banking business, "but it is not the same place any more, there is no heart in this building society, since the old staff, have lefted or ave move on to other jobs,, " so to be honest I don't rate this building society,

  Been with Nationwide many years and never had a problem. Only drawback with the Blackpool Branch is the parking as there are only disabled bays. Staff are helpful and kind and knowledgeable.
