  Best customer service I've ever had, especially Hannah, a mortgage advisor. Someone needs to give her a pay rise.

  Nice bank to deal with. I find it easy to walk in and get an appointment to see someone. Nice staff, always accommodating and offering a free drink. Would recommend!
