  The bank is clean and there is always one staff at the main entrance. Approximately waiting time is around 15 minutes.

  Staff wasnt very helpful, they have no clue, what they are doing there.

  NatWestはアプリが秀逸。 残高も履歴も簡単に確認出来、振込も振込先の新規登録も簡単で、いまや知人どおしで例えば飲み屋の支払いみたいなものも送金簡単ですぐ確認できるからアプリでやってます。

  2 staff on counter and 10 people in the que. Very poor service

  Worst staff i had. They have incompetence of staff is incomprehensible and they inform me the wrong answers. I have asked the right person on call and got the email andall those she explained was lie. HMRC is not needed!!!!Miss!!
