  This is my local bank and I have been with them for more years than I care to mention!!!! The new refurbishment (carried out recently) takes a little getting used to. There are a few machines, one cashier and two people at the information desk. Having said that, it all moves efficiently and all the cashiers I've dealt with are helpful. The best thing is the extended opening hours!!

  Staff were helpful in my experience
