  That’s one of the best brad which I was. Even when they are busy, service is so smooth, nice and polite people. Speciali one woman which was running up and down, to every single customer just to help. There was some people which was complaining about stupid things, but everything was sorted out from the nice way. Well done !

  I had quite a mixed experience at this branch. The person who I spoke to had quite a bad attitude and was quite inquisitive. Although she seemed polite at the end. She is dealing with private information and needs to be sensitive to that. She was quite condescending towards me and a member of my family. I should not feel uncomfortable when going into a bank which is dealing with my family's money.

  Too slow. Queued for 20 mins, but there was only 2 customers in the branch. Understaffed.
