  Banked there for over 40 years, service and staff have always been 5 star in my opinion.

  Closed my local branch (Huyton). Went to main one in Old swan. No parking, Only 2 tills, One not working huge queue, then rather that work quicker to get the queue down the only cashier working decides to start lecturing a customer to bring his bank card next time even though he was only paying in. Fuming!!! 25 mins to pay in money.😡😡😡😡 Need to look at more counters or at the least paying in machines.

  I find the staff mainly helpful and pleasant. I must admit I don't like machines for depositing money especially larger amounts.

  Woefully incompetent every visit to this place. At its best it's a walk in call centre, save yourself a trip and pick up the phone.
