::I have always found the staff most helpful there. It is almost family run with two sisters and their Mum working at the same branch.

::The worst service I ever encountered. Honestly, forget about the service, this bank don't have any... Most staff don't have a clue what they doing and can't be bothered. It's ashamed, they used to be very good... Checking back, the last good review they got was 2 years ago. I always come to this bank to do my banking because it's closed to where I live. But the last few times had been a complete let-down! Now I'd rather travel a little further, pay for my parking and get the normal service everyone would expect from a bank. So far, other branches I visited haven't got any problems. This seems to be the only branch in (Hanley) Stoke-on-Trent that desperately needs help!
