::This has got to be the worst bank ever . They closed a good branch down at Devonshire square and kept this waste of space open . Understaffed and slow , I even had to tell them that the opening hours on the window were wrong .. as I had come the day before and they were closed , but the sign said they should of been open . Been with nat west a long time but seriously considering a move . Shocking !

::What a waste of time this branch is. They rarely have enough staff working and its never open. The opening times have now changed (but online opening times havent been updated) 9:30-4:30 monday to thursday. Whats the point? Either keep it open and give us the service we pay for or close it down and save us the dissapointment. Im now off to town where i have to pay upto £12 for parking and walk through the pleasure of blackpool with my hard earned funds at risk, just to do my banking. Whilst the lytham road branch (3 minute drive from my house) has a lovely free car park and is closed. Thanks natwest
